6. EXTERNAL CLEANING

Use the same products as used for internal cleaning. . Use detergents especially designed for
wooden surfaces, which are water-based and do not contain solvents. . Dry with a soft cloth.
7. CONNECTION TO THE MAINS

. Ensure that mains voltage and frequency are the same as those stated on the rating plate (A) attached

to the appliance. . Ensure that the supply socket:
rated current as set out on the rating plate;
switch with In=rated value as stated on the rating plate;differential with Id sensitivity=30 mA.

If the equipment has been transported or stored overturned,let is rest in its correct
position for at least 3 hours before hooking it up to the mains (see fig.5).
8. CONTROLS
The controls of the appliance are situated at the front inside a protected recess.

9. CHECKING CORRECT OPERATION
Make sure that: 1
. the plug is connected. . the refrigeration unit switch is turned on (green light lit up);

. thermometer shows the desired temperature for the goods to be stored; . the lights are turned on;

. door is firmly closed; . appliance is not exposed to direct sunlight or to powerful lamps; . ambient
temperature does not exceed +30°C with 55% R.H. (climatic class 4); . there is sufficient ventilation for
the motor compartment; there is a clearance of at least 10 cm between the wall and the rear side of the

appliance; . the cabinet is suitably filled and shelves are not overloaded.
10. INTERNAL CLEANING (EVERY 15 DAYS)

. Switch off the appliance. . Remove the refrigerated goods. . Wipe the internal surfaces of the
appliance with a sponge dipped in water with a little sodium bicarbonate. Dry with care.
11. REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL LIGHT BULBS
1.
Switch off the appliance. . Undo the screws which hold the top lamp socket in place. . Detach the
fluorescent tube from the top lamp socket.

Replace the fluorescent tube. . Reassemble by following the above instructions
in reverse order (see fig. 7).
12. REPLACEMENT OF THE DOOR'S MAGNETIC GASKET

Open the door.
Take hold of the magnetic gasket with your hands and pull it out of the frame.

. Insert the new gasket and press it firmly down all around (see fig. 8).
