WHITE CHOCOLATE MUffINS
Ingredients for about 8 muffins
150g flour 00
70g of sugar
baking powder n.1 teaspoon (about 10g)
40 grams of icing sugar
1 egg
10 cl of milk
50g butter, melted
25g of dark chocolate
50 grams of white chocolate
Process:
mount the egg with the vanilla sugar,
