WARNING
Provide a safety water tap on the outlet of the water supply.
Use the supplied sterilizer draining pipe; connect the quick coupling fitting to the connector on the sterilizer
rear panel (see operating manual for more details) and connect the other end to a draining outlet.
The water draining from the sterilizer only occurs by the effect of gravity; for a
correct operation therefore, a minimum inclination of the sterilizer should be
arranged together with enough inclination of the draining pipe to allow the wa-
ter to flow.
Draining water can be hot!.
Connect the output cable plug of the power supply module to the jack socket on the PURITY back panel
and the mains plug to an electrical socket.

FIRST START-UP
WARNING
These operations should be carried out only by qualified technicians. Incorrect
operations could affect the quality of the sterilizing process.
1. Open the water feeding tap and check that there are no leaks on the connections.
2. Drain the sterilizer's clean water tank.
3. Switch on PURITY by means of the front panel switch (position
After a short time, the water will start to flow from the PURITY draining pipe and, after 1-3 mi-
nutes, from the nozzle placed above the tank of the sterilizer.
To fill up the sterilizer tank requires 10-20 minutes.
WARNING
Discard the first water produced; its quality might not be adequate. Switch off
PURITY and drain the sterilizer's clean water tank again.
4. Switch PURITY back on.
WARNING
Do not leave the unit on for long periods without a supply of water; the pump
could be damaged.
5. Check that the sterilizer draining pipe is free and without obstructions; the turning on of Led MAX
means that the maximum level of water in the sterilizer's recycling tank has been reached, and
consequently that the draining connection is not working properly.
6. Take note of the installation date and of the number of cycles performed by the sterilizer.
NOTE
The filters of the PURITY equipment cannot be tested with water in the internal
circuits during the assembling process, as this could cause a decay in perfor-
mance; the check of the hydraulic tightness is therefore carried out with com-
pressed air, and it is possible that this procedure does not reveal small leaks.
We recommend that, at the end of the installation, the PURITY upper cover
(fixed with two screws on each side) be removed in order to check for internal
water leaks.
