Tighten screws.
Tighten two mounting screws. Tighten
cylinder mounting screw if necessary.
Problem
Outside lever allows
immediate egress and
inside lever locks and
unlocks (opposite of
expected function).
Lever droops.
Lever will pull up but not

Install armor front.
Check the handing screw
on the mortise chassis.
The screw should be
installed on the interior
side of the chassis.

Check the spring cage
orientation. The spring
cage arrow must point in
direction of lever down
rotation.
