Usage
On the remote control, the Ready Light will illuminate when Fog 400 LED reaches its normal operating
temperature. When that happens, set the Fog Switch to the On position. Fog 400 LED will start.
If the light on the remote control turns off during operation, this means the pump has stopped
because Fog 400 LED is re-heating. The light will turn on again once it is ready to use.
Throughout operation, make sure there is enough fluid in the tank. Using Fog 400 LED without any
fluid can damage it.
If Fog 400 LED is emitting an unusually low amount of fog or making an unusual noise, power it off
immediately. Make sure that the tank has enough fluid and that the fuse is not damaged.
When you are done using Fog 400 LED, power Fog 400 LED off, and wait for about 1 minute for it to
cool down.
Important: Depending on the amount of fog generated, this product may set off smoke detectors. In
certain environments after prolonged use, the fog produced may leave a slippery residue on floors
and other surfaces.
Cleaning
We recommend cleaning it after each use to prevent eventual build-up or blockages, which can
result in poor performance, overheating, and damage.
After each use, power Fog 400 LED off, and wait for about 1 minute for it to cool down. Wipe its
surfaces and empty tank using a soft, clean cloth.
After every 40 hours of use, use Fog 400 LED as described above (in
Setup
and Usage), but use a
mixture of 80% distilled water and 20% vinegar instead of the normal fluid. This will help remove
build-up in the nozzle.
Important: Do not clean Fog 400 LED using solvents or harsh detergents.
