OVEN EQUIPPED WITH THERMOSTATIC VALVE
The thermostatic valve has two safety systems. One to block against incorrect
manipulation and the other through a thermoelectric valve that cuts off the gas
inlet to the burner when it is accidentally turned off. To turn on the oven proceed
as follows:
- Press the respective knob against the stove and then make it turn to the left
until the "PILOT" position sign. (Fig. 7)
- Pressing the knob, light the pilot burner by pressing the "Piezo" igniter.
Once on, keep the knob pressed for 15 seconds.
- When releasing the knob, the pilot burner must remain lit. If it goes out, repeat
the above operation. To light the oven burner, with the pilot burner lit, press the
knob again and turn it to position "5" (Fig. 8).
- To select the temperature, turn the knob to the desired position. (Fig. 9)
- To turn off the oven burner, turn the knob clockwise (figure 10) to position "5"
without forcing it excessively. Fully depress the knob and turn it to the "PILOT"
position. (Fig. 7)
- To completely turn off the pilot burner, press the knob again and turn it to the
closed position. (Fig. 6)
The oven thermostatic valve knob is numbered from 1 to 5. The temperature
corresponding to these numbers is approximately as follows:

IF YOU DECIDE TO WORK WITH LOW TEMPERATURES IN THE OVEN
EQUIPPED WITH A THERMOSTATIC VALVE, YOU MUST ADJUST THE
