WARNING!
- Color change on stainless steel surfaces is normal and is the result of
exposure to high temperatures.
3.1. PRACTICAL TIPS
- The thermal insulation of the oven, as well as the oil residues from manufacturing,
emit fumes and odors during the first minutes of using the oven. Before using
the oven for the first time, it is advisable to let it heat for approximately 20
minutes until reaching the maximum temperature.
- If you want to work with the oven at low temperatures, when you turn it on you
must set the knob to the position that corresponds to the desired temperature.
- In order to obtain a uniform cooking, it is advisable to use the central and lower
position of the oven.
- During cooking, open the oven door as few times as possible and only for the
time strictly necessary. Suitable kitchen gloves should be worn to prevent burns.
- Opening the oven door while it is in operation can cause splashing and thermal
shock, which can cause burns.
- In the models with a side cabinet, this must not be used for the storage of
flammable materials (containers with oil, gas bottles, etc.)
- Do not place objects on top of the fireplace so as not to damage it and not to
impair the operation of the oven.
- The flame of a burner must not exceed the bottom of the pans. Therefore, it
is necessary to regulate the flame according to the diameter of the container.
Bringing it to a boil does not reduce the cooking time and the gas consumption
will be higher. When boiling is reached, the burner flame must be reduced as
necessary to maintain boiling.
