OPERATING MANUAL & PARTS LIST FOR 791-7200

BEFORE USE

Before using Transmission Jack, close hydraulic Release Valve by
turning CLOCKWISE and operate the pump handle. If head
does not rise, it may be necessary to prime the unit:
1. Tilt entire Transmission jack over on two swivel casters with
pump handle as shown below.
2. Open release valve (
pump handle until resistance is felt.
3. Close release Valve (

handle while restoring jack to upright position.
INSPECTION
Visual inspection should be made before each use
of the jack, checking for leaking hydraulic fluid and damaged,
loose or missing parts. Each jack must be inspected by a
manufacturer's repair facility immediately, if subjected to an
abnormal load or shock. Any jack which appears to be
damaged in any way, is found to be badly worn, or operates
abnormally MUST BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE until
necessary repairs are made by a manufacturer's authorized
repair facility. It is recommended that an annual inspection of
the jack be made by a manufacturer's authorized repair facility
and that any defective parts, decals or warning labels be
replaced with manufacturer's specified parts.

MAINTENANCE
Lubricate all moving parts periodically with grease/oil.
1. Remove platform to access filter plug.
2. Remove release valve stem/knob to vent reservior.
3. Add clean hydraulic oil until it overflows.
4. Reassemble jack.
