Preparation of espresso coffee
NOTE
To obtain a good coffee it is necessary to have filter holder (
order to have a correct temperature.
• Detach filter holder taking care not to touch hot
metal parts!
• Clean the filter and fill filter holder with fresh
ground coffee (1 coffee dose for 1 cup filter – 2 cof-
fee doses for 2 cups filter).
• Press the coffee lightly with the special tamper
NOTE
• This machine has 3 brewing buttons for each group; 2 of them are electronically dosed and one has
the continuous brewing function and stop.
• Only the technician can program the doses during the installation. The user cannot program the
machine by himself.
