Installation
Installing the Actuator (Upper)
1. Insert the actuator (A, Figure 19) into the actuator
mount bracket (B).
2. Secure the actuator with the existing Hitch Pin (C).
Installing the Actuator (Lower)
1. Install the 1/2" X 4" bolt (B, Figure 20) and 1/2"
washer (C) through a spacer (D), the actuator (A)
and the second spacer (D). See Figure 18.
2. Secure the bolt with a 1/2" nut (E) and tighten,
however do not over tighten, the spacers should be
free to rotate.
Installing the Wire Harness
1. Raise the seat to connect the snow blower wire
harness (A, Figure 21) to the main connector (B)
located on the right hand side of the machine.
2. Connect the other ends of the harness to the
actuator (C) and the rotating chute motor (D).
Secure the wire harness to the actuator body with
zip ties.
Note: The switch that controls the rotation of the
chute needs to be installed into the control panel and
connected to the unused connector under the control
panel, install the required decal.
Note: The kit will include two wire harnesses, one will
have a round connection for machines with a serial
number of 2013920028 & Below and the other will
have a rectangular connection for machines with a
serial number of 2014013334 & Above.
