HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM - FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
This product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not
amount to a major failure.
The benefits given to you under our express warranties below are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under
the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.

To make a warranty claim in Australia, return your product to the Authorized Oakley Dealer in Australia from which the
product was purchased together with your proof of purchase. If your warranty claim is deemed to be valid, we will replace
or repair the product. Any expenses incurred in returning products for warranty assessment will be done so at the expense of
the purchaser. If a returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim, Oakley will incur the cost of any further freight
charges. If the warranty claim is deemed to be invalid, we will contact you to see if you want us to conduct repairs at your
cost and, in any event, you will be charged for outbound freight based on Oakley's standard shipping rates.
