PRODUCT INSPECTION

The condition of the Slyde is the responsibility of the owner. It is important that the Slyde is working properly before the product is put into service. Have a qualified
person use the following list and the operating instructions to check the Slyde before the product is put into service.
Unpack the cartons and check all items for proper operation.
Inspect Slyde and accessories thoroughly upon receipt for any damage that may have occurred during shipping and to ensure proper operation.
Inspect Slyde and accessories before each use for wear, fraying, or other damage.
ASSEMBLY & OCCUPANT SECURING INSTRUCTIONS
These instructions are printed on the inside of each Evacuation Slyde.
