Warranty
Leiser S. de R.L. de C.V. guarantees this product for a full year from the date of purchase,
against any defect due to the quality of materials or workmanship during the manufacture
process and under the following conditions:
1. To make effective this guarantee, you must phone the distributor's authorized technician,
where you can obtain the spare parts, consumables and accessories you need.
2. Leiser S. de R.L. de C.V. is committed to repair or replace any defective part of the prod-
uct at the customer's address and free of charge on workmanship, spare parts and the
transportation expenses that the product could generate. The distributor's authorized
technicians are trained and count with the necessary tools to perform the necessary
reparations at the customer's home making sure that the product will operate correctly.
3. When the distributor's authorized technician arrives to check a product, the customer
must show him the product and the guarantee policy stamped by the dealer who sold it,
or the invoice, note or voucher.
4. The repair time will not exceed 30 days, counted from the receipt of the phone call to the
distributor's authorized technician.
5. The guarantee will be void in the following cases:
• If the product has been used in different conditions than the normal ones.
• If it has not been operated according to the use & care manual provided in English
language.
• If the product has been altered or repaired by persons and/or unauthorized service shops.
6. Limitations of the Warranty. This Warranty will not be good:

• If it does not show the dealer's stamp, invoice, note, or some other document that
accredits the date of purchase of the product.
• If the period of the warranty is over.
• If the product has been used with commercial and/or service purposes, or any other
purpose than a strictly household use.
• Damages in the finish and appearance parts, if the product is exposed outdoors.
• Broken parts due to a wrong handling.
• Damages caused by voltage fluctuations generated by short circuit and accidental
overcharges in the power line.
• Damages caused by the use of not genuine parts.
• Damages to the product caused during shipping, when it is made by the customer.
Note: We suggest to reviewing your appliance at the time of receipt. Claims for
bumps and scratches in product or accessories must be made within 30 days after
the day of purchase.
