Problem
The appliance does
not turn on.

Solution
Plug in the power cable.
Wait for one minute and then start the appliance
again.
Rinse out the appliance and let it cool down.
Fill up until min. mark.
Fill the container no higher than the max. level for
frothed milk.
Rinse the appliance and allow it to cool. Restart the
appliance by pressing the left button briefly (< 2 sec.)
Then it should light up red.
Fit the attachment to the whisk and close the lid
properly. The lid must be flush with the appliance.
Choose milk with a protein content of at least 3 g
per 100 g (you can find this information on the back
of the milk carton).
Disconnect the plug. Let the appliance
cool down and then clean it.
Reduce the fill quantity.
Fit the lid so that it is flush with the appliance.
