Indications for Use

The MiniMed™ Quick-serter™ is indicated to use as an aid for
inserting compatible devices. It is for use by a single patient. It is
not for use by multiple patients.
Contraindications
Do not use the Quick-serter with non-compatible devices.
Medtronic MiniMed cannot guarantee the safety or efficacy of the
Quick-serter if non-compatible devices are used.
Warnings
Failure to follow instructions may result in improper insertion,
pain, or injury.
Always inspect the packaging of the infusion set for damage. Do
not use the infusion set if there is damage.
If the infusion set is not securely placed in the Quick-serter,
improper insertion, pain, or minor injury may occur.
Never point the loaded Quick-serter toward any body part where
insertion is not desired. This is to avoid an accidental needle
stick.
Carefully remove the needle guard before inserting the infusion
set into your skin. The needle should be straight and point
outward. Do not use the infusion set if the needle is bent.
Precautions
You should perform your first set-up of the Quick-serter in the
presence of your healthcare professional.
