High-speed WiFi Internet Connection
- One critical factor that can affect the performance of your device is the
position between your home WiFi router and the K1/K2 Hub. Set up your
K1/K2 Hub in an open space (DO NOT place it directly on the floor); the
closer the K1/K2 Hub is to the router, the stronger the WiFi signal will be.
- Please be sure to connect you K1/K2 Hub to WiFi using the 2.4GHz
spectrum as this is a larger spectrum and the K1/K2 Hub does not support
the 5GHz option which has been found to be the most common mistake
when setting up the K1/K2 for the first time.
