Before use please read all instructions and our Limited Warranty carefully.
To Fit : Yamaha YZF-R1 K
Y062/B L-Brackets.
PF14/B Pack-Rack. For use with 'Aerodynamic' system packs.
SR14/B Sport-Rack.
GH14/16/B Grab-Handle
A range of various style packs for the 'Aerodynamic' systems,
along with storm covers and optional shoulder straps (where
applicable) are available.
Check with your local dealer, distributor or contact us direct for
the latest models.
FITTING KIT CONTENTS
LD001/B locking device (fitted to L-Brackets)
1 LK001/S Key
2 M6 x 12.5 x 1.4 flat washers (black zp)
2 M6 Nyloc nuts (black zp)
2 M6 x 16 bolts (black zp)
2 M8 x 22 x 3 flat washers (black zp)
2 M8 x 65 Allenhead bolts (black zp)
2 Part #287 L & R brackets (black zp)
4 M8 x 17.0 x 1.4 flat washers (black zp)
NOTE: The body joint retaining clips may be difficult to remove -
please contact your Yamaha Dealer for assistance.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Remove the seats and rear body.
2 Remove and discard the tie-down pins from the rear frame.
Replace these with the Part #287 brackets and secure
with the M6 x 16 bolts and flat washers provided; securing
inside with the M6 Nyloc nuts. Leave loose.
3 Remove the pillion footrest casting bolts, at the front,
insert an M8 x 22 x 3 flat washer between the casting and
the frame and replace the bolts. Leave loose.
4 The L-Bracket front mounting fits between the footrest
casting and the frame and are secured with the original
bolts - leave loose. The rear tubular mounting bolts to the
Part #287 bracket, already fitted at the rear; using the M8
x 65 bolts supplied.

Manufactured by:
5 Fit Pack-Rack or Sport-Rack into the L-Brackets, ensure
the rack is level and tighten the mounting bolts; width
adjustment can be made using the M8 washers.
6 Remove the rack and refit the body and seats, refit the
rack. Tighten the L-Bracket locking devices by following
the procedure in The General Instructions For Use.
