along with storm covers and optional shoulder straps (where
applicable) are available.

FITTING KIT CONTENTS
LD001/B locking device (fitted to L-Brackets)
1 LK001/S Key
2 Part #137 brackets
2 M8 x 17.0 x 1.4 flat washers (bright zp)
2 M8 x 40 set screws (bright zp)
2 M8 x 75 bolts (black zp)
2 M8 x 22 x 3 flat washers (black zp)
2 15mm tube spacers (black zp)
2 M8 x 30 bolts (black zp)
4 M8 nuts (bright zp)
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR MODELS FITTED WITH REAR GRAB HANDLE
1 Remove side covers.
2 Remove and discard the rearmost bolts that secure the
pillion footrest casting to the frame.
3 Remove the bolts that secure the grab handle to the
frame and discard the wire tie-down clips. At the front
mounting, bolt the part #137 brackets with the bend
inwards and downwards, using the original bolts.
Replace the rear mounting bolt and nut. Leave loose.
4 The L-Bracket front mounting bolts to the inside of the
footrest casting and is secured with the M8 x 40 bolts,
M8 flat washers and nuts provided.
IMPORTANT: The bolts must be fitted from the inside-
out. That is, with the head of the bolt to the wheel, with
the M8 flat washer and nut to the outside. Leave loose.

5 The L-Bracket rear tubular mounting bolts to the part
#137 bracket using the M8 x 75 bolts and M8 nuts
provided.
6 Fit the Pack-Rack or Sport-Rack into the L-Brackets,
ensure the rack is level and tighten the mounting bolts.
7 Tighten the L-Bracket locking devices by following the
proceedure in the General Instructions For Use.
8 Refit the side covers.

FOR MODELS WITHOUT REAR GRAB HANDLE
1 Follow previous instructions 1 and 2.
2 Remove and discard the wire tiedown clips/side reflector
mounts.

between the part #137 bracket and the frame, securing
with the M8 x 30 bolts supplied. Leave loose.
