A range of various style packs for the 'Aerodynamic' systems,
along with storm covers and optional shoulder straps (where
applicable) are available.

FITTING KIT CONTENTS
LD001/B locking device (fitted to L-Brackets)
1 LK001/S Key
2 Part # 321 L/R
2 M6 x 35 bolts (zp)
2 M8 Nyloc nuts (zp)
2 M8 x 45 bolts (zp)
2 M8 x 45 Allenhead bolts (black)
2 M8 Spring washers (black)
4 M8 x 17 x 1.4 flat washers (zp)
2 25mm pieces of foam backed tape
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1 Remove seat, grab handle, rear body and indicators.
2 Remove and discard rear mudguard retaining bolts,
retain nuts and washers, and replace with, from the
inside, the M6 x 35 bolts provided. Secure Part #321 at
these points with the original nuts and washers, ensuring
that Part #321 is between the indicator and the luggage
hook.
3 Remove and discard the rear footpeg mounting bolts.
4 Replace the rear body but do not secure with any bolts.
5 The front L-Bracket mounts bolt to the inside of the rear
foot peg mount with a M8 x 45 bolt from the INSIDE with
a M8 x 17 x 1.4 flat washer inserted between the L-
Bracket and frame. Secure with a M8 Nyloc nut and M8
x 17 x 1.4 flat washer. Leave loose.

6 The rear L-Bracket mount is bolted to the nut welded
onto Part # 321 L/R with a M8 x 45 Allenhead bolt and
M8 Spring washer. Leave loose.
7 Fit the Pack-Rack or Sport-Rack into the L-Brackets,
ensure the rack is level and tighten the mounting bolts.
Tighten the L-Bracket locking devices as described in
the General Instructions For Use.
8 Replace all rear body mounting bolts.
9 Replace indicators, seat and grab handle.
10 Peel the backing paper from the foam backed tape and
apply to the L-Bracket WHERE the indicator may come
into contact with the surface.
