TARTING THE SESSION
To start the session press the Play button /
Ten seconds later, your selected chimes or sound track will be played.
The timer will stop automatically at the end of the session.
NOTE: You may change these parameters by pressing the MENU button until you reach the icon symbolizing the
setting you wish to change.

DURING THE SESSION

1) Pause: To pause during the session, just press the /
When you are ready to resume, press the /

N.B. After 20 minutes' pause the timer will stop automatically.
2) Volume: To change the volume, simply press the + button to turn the volume up or the – button to turn it down.

If you use alkaline batteries, this symbol will start flashing to indicate that the batteries are getting low. When the
icon stops flashing the batteries need changing.
If you use rechargeable batteries, this icon will be displayed quite rapidly. This does not indicate the battery level so
just ignore it.
