- Observe the inspection and maintenance schedule to ensure appropriate
conditions of service and explosion protection.
- Cover all holes with screws and folder Loctite 510 or product with similar
properties and application range.
- Before intervening in the internal part for maintenance or repairs, delaying the
opening of the gear and wait for its complete cooling, to avoid risk of burns due to
the presence of pieces are still hot.
- After maintenance work, make sure that all security measures have been applied
and reset.
- Clean the gear unit since the phase of maintenance/ repair has been completed.
- After repair, tighten all vent, filler and level specified torque (See table at the end of
this manual).
- On completion of any maintenance work is necessary to review the original state
seal retainers.
- Whatever type of gear, and during the replacement of a retainer is required before
proceeding to the assembly, apply a film over the edge of grease type Fluorocarbon
gel 880 ITP or similar product in terms of properties and application range before
installing.
- Use only original spare parts for repairs.

Schedule Maintenance

Keep the gear unit at its maximum efficiency by the operation of scheduled
maintenance provided by the manufacturer. Good maintenance will get better
performance, a longer work activities and a constant maintenance of safety items.
