1.- Remove all packaging before using the grinder. Do not throw away the packaging until you are
sure everything works properly.
2.- Make sure the power cord and outlet are in perfect condition.
3.- Place the grinder on a flat surface.
4.- Turn the grinder lid (1) counter-clockwise to unlock the grinder latch.
Remove the lid (image(1) once it has been turned to the unlock mark (a).
5.- Put as much coffee beans into the container (3) as you want to grind. The grinder has a
maximum capacity of 60 g of coffee beans. Make sure the coffee beans do not overflow the
container (image 2).
NOTE:
You can also use the grinder to grind pepper, salt or similar foods.
NOTE:
To determine the optimum amount of coffee beans read the recommendations for
use in the next section..
6.- Put the lid on the grinder and turn it clockwise until it reaches the locked mark (b). If the lid is
not properly closed the grinder cannot be started (image 3).
7.- Plug the grinder in to a 220 V / 50-60 Hz outlet.
8.- Push the power button (5) and keep it pushed down until the coffee is ground to the desired
consistency. Do not keep the grinder running for more than 60 seconds. Do not do more than
10 consecutive grinding cycles (image 4).
NOTE:
To avoid overheating let the grinder cool down for 10 minutes after prolonged use
of 60 seconds or after 10 continuous grinding cycles.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

1.- Keep the coffee beans stored in a hermetically sealed container to preserve their taste and
aroma.
2.- Only grind as much coffee as you're going to use at one time.
NOTE:
As a general rule, one tablespoon of ground coffee is equal to a teaspoon of coffee
beans. The right amount depends on personal taste, so over time you'll find the
perfect amount of coffee to grind.
3.- Be sure to remove any leftover ground coffee that may remain in the container after emptying
it because keeping it inside the grinder can affect the flavour of coffee ground later.
