BLADE BRACKETS WHEN INSTALLING THE BRACKETS, BALANCING

PLEASE REMOVE RUBBER MOTOR STOPS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE
FAN BEFORE INSTALLING BLADES OR TESTING THE MOTOR.
