THIS PROCEDURE IS USED WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL REMOTE.
Press keys 2 and 3 simultaneously and release them when the red led starts to flash. Press and release the key you want
to program N times (see table).
Once finished, the led will flash quickly and then become fixed on red. This confirms that the generation was successful.
