CAUTION:
Always be sure that the Convection Oven is unplugged and completely cooled
before cleaning or attempting to store the item. NEVER IMMERSE base in water or
any other liquid.
It is important to clean your Convection Oven thoroughly after each use to
prevent sticky build ups that are difficult to clean later. Proper cleaning of the
Convection Oven can lead to a cleaner, better tasting food.
1. When performing any cleaning or maintenance to this oven, be sure to unplug
from power outlet first and allow the oven to cool completely.
2. Wipe the outer surface of the oven with a warm damp cloth and dry with a
soft cloth.
3. For best oven performance, cleaning should be done on a regular basis.
4. Remove the crumb tray and hand wash in warm soap and water.
5. Wipe the oven walls, the bottom tray, and the glass door with a damp soapy
cloth and rinse with a clean damp cloth. Be careful not to scratch or damage
the heating elements and the safety guards that protect them.
6. For stubborn interior stains you may use a plastic scouring pad.
7. All removable parts such as the wire rack and baking tray should be hand
washed in warm soapy water.
8. DO NOT use any abrasive cleansers or metal scouring pads as this can scrape
and scratch the surface. Metal scouring pads have pieces that can break off
and touch electrical parts, which then creates a risk of electric shock.
