The mechanism consists of a scanning pin with tapered end. Engaged with a pinion that takes
part of a gear train.
The gearing and lever machinery integrated in the inner side of a circular line metal box makes
possible detecting the differences in the measures. Inside the box slides a shaft with spherical tip
touching the surface. When this shaft scrolls moves the clockwise making possible the reading of
measure differences in a direct and easy way.
The dial holds two indicators that stand in any position, they can be both fixed left or right from
zero, so this way it is possible to set the tolerance limits with the advantage of mobility.

1. Put the tolerance references (1) between the acceptable tolerance points to take the measure-
ment.
2. Place the contact tip on the surface to be measured, to which previously is usually is given mo-
vement. Needles (6, 7) will directly show the value of the measurement variation in millimeters
present in the surface.
3. In order to compare several objects, measure in first place one of them (it is useful to fix the to-
lerance references to have the range defined) and then compare the value range with the values
from the other pieces.
4. Once the dial gauge is removed, the needles will come back to their initial position.

Note: to apply the guarantee its necesary to send the "GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE" duly filled
within one week after purchased the machine to the maker.
