screws that hold the feet and main unit together are tightened securely.
21. Keep the cord away from heavy traffic areas. To avoid fire hazard, NEVER put
cord under rugs, radiators or stoves.
22. To maintain operating efficiency, user should not operate the fan 24 hours a
day, seven days a week.
23. DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
24. NOTE: This fan employs overload protection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an
overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the fan from the
outlet. Replace the fuse and check the fan. If the replacement fuse blows, a
short circuit may be present and you should contact customer service for
instructions.
25. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not use this fan
with any solid-state speed control device.
26. Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs,
runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances.
Arrange the cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.
27. The use of attachments is not recommended and may cause hazards.
