4 GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR DEVICE
Once you have synchronised your remote control with your account and switched on your
EN
device, the first screen you see shows the tasks scheduled for that day.
It is highly likely that you will see "day off" displayed on the screen, but if you had already
scheduled Objectives, you would have seen some scheduled tasks displayed. From this
screen you can begin your session (see Select an objective or a programme).
