Maintenance and cleaning

Clean the housing periodically with a damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents. Do
not use abrasive cleansers or solvents.

Specific instructions

Charge and discharge the battery every 2 to 3 months in order to prolong the battery
life, even if the TL 500 is not in use.
After the TL 500 is fully charged, disconnect the power supply from the mains (or
from the cigarette lighter car charger) and from the unit itself.
WARNING
Never point the LED beam directly (or indirectly by reflection) in the
eye. LED light rays can cause irreparable damage to the human eye.
