Preliminary information

The CABERG JUST SPEAK helmet has 3 multifunctional keys:

• VOL -/ON (shown on the keyboard with a minus sign)

• VOL + (shown on the keyboard with a plus sign)

• RADIO (shown on the keyboard with the symbol of a note)
Using the multifunctional key and definitions:
• Short press: press and release immediately.
• Medium press: press and hold until you hear the first tone from the helmet.
• Long press: press and hold until you hear a double tone.
• Pairing pressure: press until a tone is heard from the helmet and the LED starts flashing rapidly (to pair mobile phones with Hands-free
profile and helmet-helmet pairing).
To reset all the pairings stored in the system (intercom, telephone or MP3 player), press the two buttons at the same time for about two seconds (2")
until the first beep whilst the system is in pairing mode (LED flashes rapidly).
The CABERG JUST SPEAK system links two helmets or your helmet to your mobile phone, provided this has Bluetooth® technology, without the need
for any wires.
The entire system fits inside your helmet, including the batteries! These can be recharged without having to remove them from the helmet by simply
using the battery charger provided.
The CABERG JUST SPEAK system has no connecting wires outside the helmet and no jacks (apart from the battery recharging jack). Helmets suitable
for the CABERG JUST SPEAK system have a compartment on the inside of the shell for the electronics of the communication system.
The built-in microphone arm is fully adjustable: keep the microphone as close to your mouth as possible to ensure top audio quality. Please refer to the
instructions for assembly attached to the packaging for correct installation.
Stereo/mono mode
The factory settings of the CABERG JUST SPEAK are in MONO mode. This mode can be changed through the configurator or by following the
instructions with the buttons on the helmet. The mode is changed by a very long press on the
confirmation tone which is a melody.
GPS mode
The system CABERG JUST SPEAK is compatible with GPS navigators with the same bluetooth communications technology. In order to Connect/
Disconnect and Pair the GPS navigator refer to the instructions in this manual concerning the mobile phone as well as the GPS instructions.
