TROUBLESHOOTING
If it seems as if the hood is not working, please try the
following simple inspection steps before calling
customer service:
• If the hood is not working:
Check and make sure:
- that the power has not been switched off.
- that a speed has been selected.
• If the hood is not working well:
Check and make sure:
- that the chosen speed is adequate for the amount
of smoke and steam.
- that the kitchen has sufficient ventilation in order for
air to be extracted correctly.
- that the carbon filter does not need replacing
(hood version with filter).
• If the hood switches off during regular
operation: Check and make sure:
- that the power has not been switched off.
- that the fault current system has not been switched off.
