Beet juice
for a marinade eg.
1 large raw beet
salt & pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 filet of salmon or
cod
Mint and Melon
Juice (M&M)
1 melon
10 leaves of mint
1 teaspoon of sugar

Beet's having a really interesting color
strength, 100% natural, it allows a
coloured marinade, without giving too
strong taste to the fish.
To make the marinade, ideally the day
before, extract the juice of raw
beetroot and add the olive oil, salt and
pepper. Have fish fillets marinated for 3
to 6 hours.
Roast your fish in the oven for 20-30
minutes depending on the size of the
filets.
Melon and mint are great together!
They are the basis of a refreshing and
invigorating cocktail that will delight
even the most resistant to this fruit that
loves so much the heat of summer.
For a fresh juice, store your melon in
the fridge. Cut the melon into 4 pices
and remove the skin.
You can leave the seeds.
