Cleansing and Care
• The ventilation slots in the motor cover shall always be
free of obstructions and clean. After each use apply
compressed air. In the event of malfunction go only to a
Authorized Service Center.
Carbon Brush Replacement
• Check carbon brushes periodically and when worn, have
them replaced only in Authorized
Service Centers. After replacement ask the technician to
inspect if the new carbon brushes can move freely inside the
carbon brush container and to run the tool 5 minutes to
settle the contact of the carbon brushes and the commuter.
• Use only original spare carbon
brushes designed specifically with the hardness and electric
resistance adequate to each type of motor. Carbon brushes
that are out of specification can damage the motor.
• When replacing carbon brushes always replace both.
