22. 8 Inspect the parts
Once you have completed saniti zing, rinsing and drying, proceed as follows:
Step
1
check that all parts are perfectly clean and dry.
2
check that they are not damaged or too worn.
3
replace the worn parts with new parts provided solely by the manufacturer.
4
install the parts while they are perfectly dry.
5
restore electrical power supply.
Once the internal operati ng temperature has been reached, it is possible to load the products.

24. Dismantle the cabinet
