Worker with WirelessTorque Wrench
PC with Tightening System and RF Receiver
The RF Receiver operates around 433 MHz ISM bands, and connects to PC via USB.
Therefore, a real time tightening job control/monitor, result gathering, alarming, quality control
and productivity enhancement system for bolt tightening could be established by Wireless
Torque/Angle Wrench, Receiver and a PC.
- Via the RF Receiver, Tightening System could sends tightening SPEC to wrench in real
time and wirelessly. Workers execute jobs according the received SPEC without user
action.
- Via the RF Receiver, Tightening System gathers tightening result from wrenches in real time
and wirelessly.
- One RF Receiver works with 10 wrenches.
- Tightening Result sent out from wrench was controlled by tightening SPEC setting, could be
only qualified, or any, or only above lower tolerance.
- Wireless Radio Frequency leverage ISM 433 MHz bands. Where 433 MHz ISM Bands
includes 432.0, 432.2, 432.4, 432.6, 432.8, 433.0, 433.2, 433.4, 433.6, 433.8, 434.0, 434.2,
434.4, 434.6, 434.8 MHz for wireless Wrench.
- Long wireless distance over 100 meters line of sight communication range. (The wireless
distance depends on the surrounding environment that maybe shortened.)
- Easy configuration for RF Receiver, wireless wrenches.
