J14 and J15 in position 1-2: the three telephone connectors (A, B and
C) and the screw connector (SC) are positioned in parallel. The power
supply is therefore available and present on all connectors.
J14 and J15 in position 2-3: the two telephone connectors (B and C)
are still in parallel but line 1 and line 6 (therefore, from the table, power
supplies) do not reach connector A and the screw connector SC,
which do not transfer the 30V to the connected peripherals.
If the presence of power supply is desired on all connectors, both
jumpers must be positioned between 1 and 2, if two jumpers are
positioned differently to each other, the bypass DOES NOT function.
