TIG AC PROCESS
1. Choose TIG AC mode
2. Select the type of arc ignition in TIG Lift Arc, High Frequency (HF)
3. Selection of 2T / 4T torch activation.
4. Set pre-gas time.
5. Adjust the starting current.
6. Adjust the power rise ramp (rise time).
7. Maximum current setting.
8. Adjustment of the power down ramp (fall time).
9. Final Current.
10. Frequency in AC: With higher frequencies the arc is more intense, and the weld bead
has a better application and the sound of the process is higher. It is recommended to work
at low AC frequencies.
11. AC Balance: is the percentage of negative AC wave in the wave period. The higher it
is, the smoother but shallower is the weld bead and the tungsten deteriorates more
quickly. It is recommended to work the AC balance in low.
