Operating modes
Warning: before the first use, fully recharge
the battery !
A) Charging the Li-ion battery pack
1) Select best mounting location
2) Unroll the Sunpack ion+ and expose it
(purple side) directly in the sun, in a location
and
that will receive good direct sunlight
throughout the day. For maximum charging
performance, position the Sunpack ion+ to
face the sun at noon time.
3) Use corner grommets to properly tie or
fasten the Sunpack ion+ if required- the
Sunpack ion+ must be secured sufficiently to
avoid flapping in the wind.
Battery charge :
To check the charge of the battery, press

FAQs
Where do I get the cigarette lighter adaptor
for my electronic device?
Consult your electronic device manufac-
turer.
What if the product gets wet?
The Sunpack ion+ is weatherproof, but it
must not remain for an extended period of
time in the rain.
What if the product goes under water?
Do not immerse the Sunpack ion+ in water. It
will be damaged.
How do I clean and maintain it?
The solar panel requires practically no
maintenance. Simply wipe the surface with
a damp cloth or with a mild soap solution to
clean the panel. Do not use any abrasive
cleaner or solvent as this would damage the
panel
Rolling procedure
Warning: do not stock the battery pack fully
charged for a long period of time (> 1
month)!
