11 g : Assembly time: 1 day
11 h : Position the swimming pool so that the entrance of the skimmer
is facing the prevailing wind in order to optimise the evacuation
of surface particles.
12 a : Overview of the semi-buried swimming pool. Before starting the
assembly, ensure that you have all the parts.
IMPORTANT: If you choose to semi-bury your pool, ensure that
you bury your pump and filter at the same level as the swimming
pool in an enclosed and watertight space. For the filter to func-
tion correctly, it should always be located under the water line.
WARNING: semi-buried swimming pools, before filling, must
be equipped with a security system that complies with the
standards in your country, to prevent drowning.
12 b : Fit a DELTA MS type insulating plastic film (not provided) onto
the exterior wall to drain away rainwater. The height of the film
should be the same as the level of gravel filling.
12 c : Fill the surround of the swimming pool with gravel. Ensure that
you do not warp the structure when tipping in the gravel filling.
12d : Insulating film Fill with crushed stone
13 a : Preparing the ground
13 b : Installing Into concrete base. The length L of the reservation
depends on the length of your need. The low limits of size of the
flagstone must be at least equal to that of the swimming pool,
curbstones included. Refer to the plans p 2 to 5. Thickness :
20 cm minimum. Ensure that the flagstone is perfectly plane and
of level
13 c : The low limits of size of the flagstone must be at least equal to
that of the swimming pool, curbstones included.
13 d : Position the structure facing the prevailing winds, to do this,
temporarily use the first line of the planking. A half plank should
be directly in line with the skimmer.
13 e : Assemble the horizontal steel structure with the 2 vertical
prights
13 f : Positioning of the steel structure for 400x610 model
13 g : Positioning of the steel structure for 400x670 model
14 a : Positioning of the steel structure for 460x820 model
14 b : fill the reservation with concrete
15 a : Assembling the walls
15 b : Overview of assembly. Use one sacrificial piece to interlock all
the planks together.

22 a : Screw the skimmer outlet into the top plank using the screws
provided in the skimmer box.
22 b : Install the exterior skimmer joint as well as the main part of the
skimmer.
22 c : Fix the entire unit, tightening thoroughly for sound waterproofing.
22 d : Stick the double-sided adhesive tape (not provided)
to the skimmer.
22 e : Place the skimmer joint.
23 a : Installing the padding and the liner
23 b : Install the protective padding.
23 c : Cut the protective padding to size using a cutter or a pair
of scissors.
23 d : Place the liner into the pool.
23 e : Feed the liner into the lip of the rail.
24 a : Check the position of the liner and remove the largest folds
and creases.
24 b : Adjust the angles of the liner to fit the structure.
24 c : Fill with 2 cm of water.
24 d : Remove the folds and creases. Fill with water.
25 a: Cut out for nozzle and skimmer
25 b : Stop filling the water just below the inlet nozzle.
25 c : Position the inlet nozzle from the inside of the pool.
25 d : Cut the liner around the inlet nozzle leaving a margin
of approximately 2 mm.
25 e : Install the cork and rubber inlet joints.
25 f : The cork joint should be against the wall of the pool.
26 a : Tighten the screw of the inlet fitting.
26 b : Cover the threaded part of the ends with the Teflon tape, turning
in an anti-clockwise direction. Minimum 20 turns.
26 c : Install one of the 4.50m pipes and fix in place using a metal
jubilee clip.
27 a : Place the other end of the pipe into the pool and fill the pool
with water.
27 b : Mark the site of the skimmer joint.
27 c : Install the skimmer joint and frame.
27 d : Cut and remove the liner inside the skimmer frame.
27 e : The water level is correct when it reaches the middle of the
skimmer (after installing the filter system).
28 a : Installing the curbs
28 b : Fit the finishing sections. Leave a space of 2 cm between the
end of the finishing section and the curb.
Cut the finishing section to the correct length if necessary.
28 c : Ladders
29 a : Position the ladder at the correct level. In order to do this, it may
be necessary to remove the air under the steps.
29 b : If you are using a safety cover, remember to centre the stainless
steel ladder on the curb.
29 c : Fix the stainless steel supports into place using the nuts
provided in the stainless steel ladder box.
