Problem
Motor hums but does not spray
or irregular spraying

Pick-up pipe not in the right position

Control knob needs adjustment
Volume adjustment is not correct

Re-adjust pick-up pipe

Check viscosity of the paint
Disassemble spray gun and
clean with thinner
Adjust the volume clockwise to reduce spraying. Two thin coats are
better than one
