ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install legs to chassis by using (1-7) bolts, (1-8) nuts, and
(1-9) washers.
2. Install leg assembly to hydraulic power unit by using (2-10)
bolts, (2-12) nuts, and (2-11) washers.
Do not use any kind of air ratchet or air gun to tighten any
bolt on this unit!
3. Assemble hydraulic power unit and saddle head plate
assembly.
4. Assemble saddle head attachments. Always use the load
restraint strap!
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Lifting: Close release valve first, pump pedal to raise saddle
to contact load. Position jack so weight of load will be
equally distributed on saddle, and adjust pitch and tilt
controls as necessary. Position corner support brackets and
secure load with Load Restraint Strap.
WARNING:
Always use the Load Restraint Strap, Corner Support
Brackets, and attachments to stabilize and firmly secure the
load to the saddle. The strap should be used as follows:
Place the strap over the load and pull tight.
2. To raise the load by air, close release valve by rotating the
handle firmly in a clockwise direction (do not overtighten).
CARQUEST PROFESSIONAL LIFTING EQUIPMENT WARRANTY STATEMENT
CARQUEST warrants that all jacks and service related
equipment will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 1 year following the original date
of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original retail
purchaser only. If any CARQUEST Professional Lifting item
proves to be defective during this period, it will be replaced or
repaired, at our option, without charge. This warranty does not
apply to damage from accident, overload, misuse or abuse, nor
does it apply to any equipment which has been altered or used
with special attachments other than those recommended. This
warranty does not cover repairs made by anyone who is not a
CARQUEST Professional Lifting Equipment Authorized Repair
Center.
The following items possess an over-the-counter exchange
warranty for 1 year. This allegedly defective product must be
returned, accompanied by a receipt showing proof-of-purchase
to a CARQUEST Auto Parts store.
• Bottle Jacks: 3108, 3112, 3120, 3121
• Floor Jacks: 3202, 3235
• Stands:
3203, 3206, 3210, 3211, 3207
All other jacks or service-related equipment will be replaced or
repaired at CARQUEST's option during the 1 year warranty
period.
During the 1 year warranty period, all alleged defective product

Carefully position the saddle under the load and pump the
foot pedal to raise the load to the desired height.
3. Lowering: To lower jack, press foot pedal slowly to open the
release valve.
4. To lower the load using air hydraulic jack, slowly rotate the
release rod counterclockwise just enough to open the
release valve. Opening the release valve more permits the
load to descend faster. Do not close the release valve when
lowering the load.

and/or part must be shipped, freight prepaid, along with proof
of date-of-purchase, to your nearest CARQUEST Professional
Lifting Equipment Authorized Warranty Center. Be certain to
include your name, address and phone number along with
proof-of-purchase information, and a brief description of the
alleged defect. The product will be returned to the customer,
freight prepaid.
Many alleged defectives may simply be handled by calling your
nearest Service Center for parts. See next page for a listing of
authorized warranty service centers.
In no event shall CARQUEST be liable for incidental or
consequential damages. The liability on any claim for loss or
damage arising out of the sale, resale or use of a jack or related
service equipment, shall in no event exceed the purchase price.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY
PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF CARQUEST
PROFESSIONAL LIFTING EQUIPMENT. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE
TO STATE.
