8.9. Managing the Call List

Access the call list by pressing the Call List
are chronologically ordered from the most recent to the oldest.
The number of missed calls is displayed on the last row of the phone screen, until they will be
controlled.
Only the last call missed, received or made from/to the same Caller-ID is stored by the system.
From the Call List, the following operations are possible, by pressing menu/enter
• Call
• Read
• Delete
• Store (only present if the displayed number is not already stored in the personal address
book)
CALL: allow to make the call towards the selected number, simply by pressing menu/enter
by lifting the handset.
READ: display the telephone number of the caller, if it is internal or external (E or I), time and date of
the call.
DELETE: cancel the selected telephone number from the list.
STORE: memorize the selected telephone number in the personal address book.

8.10. Additional options

This paragraph describes the OPTIONS menu which provides some additional features to manage the
data of the NETfon 130.

The items of Delete lists are:
• Delete outg. calls (cancel the list of made calls)
• Delete ans. calls (cancel the list of received calls)
• Delete unans. calls (cancel the list of missed calls)
Confirm the operation after having choosen the list to be deleted.
