Insert table (F) onto the king-post.
Put (4) table bolts through the (4) mounting holes of the cylinder
housing.
Attach table to the cylinder housing as shown with (4) table
bolts pre-assembled, (4) M6 flat washers and (4) M6 nuts, and
fully tighten the nuts using provided wrench.
