Eingriffe dürfen nur durch Fachpersonal und mit ge-
eignetem Werkzeug erfolgen! Schalten Sie den
Temperaturregler vor Eingriffen spannungsfrei!
Inbetriebnahme
• Schließen Sie die Kabel an (Bild 1)
• Setzen Sie den Deckel bzw. die Bedieneinheit auf
• Stecken Sie den Temperaturregler auf das Ventil
• Schrauben Sie den Temperaturregler fest
ACHTUNG! Beachten Sie beim Verschrauben des Temperaturreg-
ler mit dem Proportionalventil den einwandfreien Sitz der
Dichtung!
• Schließen Sie an Klemme 3 keine Spannung an! Klemme 3 ist
ein 0,5 mA-Ausgang zur Versorgung des Sensors (PT100)
Richtungsänderung des Kabelabgangs
• Unterfassen Sie die Anschlußplatte vorsichtig mit der
Schraubendreherklinge und hebeln Sie sie aus (Bild 2)
• Drehen Sie die Anschlußplatte in die gewünschte Position
(max. 2 x 90°)
• Setzen Sie die Anschlußplatte in das Gehäuse ein, bis diese
einrastet
ACHTUNG! Drehen Sie die Kabelenden nicht ab!
• Nach dem Einschalten der Betriebsspannung arbeitet der Reg-
ler mit den voreingestellten Parametern (s. Technische Daten)
• Eine Änderung der Parameter bzw. eine Umkonfigurierung der
Eingänge ist mit der Bedieneinheit Typ 8625-B möglich

To ensure the devices function correctly, and have along
service life, please comply with the information in these
Operating Instructions, as well as the Applications Condi-
tions and the permissible values specified in the data sheets for the
proportional valves used, and the type 8625 temperature
controller:
• Observe the general technical regulations when planning
application and operation of the unit!
• Take precautions to avoid inadvertent actuation or unwanted
interference!
• Pipelines and valves under pressure must not be disconnected!
• Always isolate the voltage supply before working on the system!
• If this instruction is not followed, or if any inadmissible tampering
with the appliance takes place, we will accept no further liability,
and the guarantee on the appliance and its accessories will
become invalid!
The Type 8625 Controller in combination with proportional
valves is used to controll the mixing temperature of two
media with different temperatures
• Suitable for proportional valves of Type 6022, 6023, 6223, 2832,
2834
• The compact construction of the device makes direct installation
to the valve possible
• Temperature controller with adjustable PI regulation
• Measurement of the temperature using a PT100 sensor
• Direct control of a proportional valve
• Calibration
• Default set-value for standard 4-20 mA signal
• Heating / cooling
• For programming and displaying use the control unit type 8625-B
Work on the unit must only be performed by authorized
skilled personnel using suitable tools! Isolate all voltages
to the temperature controller before working on it!
Initialisation
• Connect the cable (figure 1)
• Put on the cover or the control unit
• Insert the temperature controller onto the valve
• Screw the temperature controller tight
ATTENTION! When screwing the temperature controller to the
proportional valve, ensure the seal is properly located!
• Do not connect any voltages to Terminal 3! Terminal 3 is a 24V
output for supplying the sensor (PT100)
Changing the direction of the cable outlet
• Carefully prise the cable plug with a screwdriver blade and lever
out (figure 2)
• Turn the insert into the desired position (max. 2 x 90°)
• Press the insert into the housing until it snaps in
ATTENTION! Ensure the cable ends are not twisted!
• After switching on the operating voltage, the temperature
controller works with the preset parameters (see technical data)
• Changing the parameters or re-configuring the inputs is only
possible with the Type 8625-B control unit
