    VENTILATION SYSTEM The built-in vent system helps remove cooking vapors, odors and smoke from foods prepared on the grill. The vent fan comes on automatically when either grill is turned on and turns off automatically when both grills are turned off. To operate the vent fan manually, turn the control knob to the FAN setting.
