Use and Operation
Place the appliance on a fi rm and even surface. Plug the unit on and press the power button for 3
seconds until the the display and the inidcator light illuminate.

Cooking Temperature
The temperature range is 40-90°C with 1°C increments. Choose diff erent temperatures for diff erent

Cooking Time
The right cooking time depends on the thickness of your food. You may set cooking time between 1

Meat is ideal for cooking in thr sous vide mode as it is more tender, succulent and fl avour fi lled.
