Maintenance and servicing

Frames, wheels, hydraulics and electrics are to be checked regularly for their function and condition.
The test intervals are dependent on the frequency of use of the pallet truck. Before sight and function check,
under some circumstances cleaning of the pallet truck may be necessary.
In the event of damage and particular incidents that could influence the carrying capacity and after repairs an
extraordinary testing by a qualified person is to be carried out.
As proof that the tests have been carried out, a test list is to be compiled by the operator.
For visible deformities, obvious damage and heavy wear of single components the scissor pallet truck must stop
being used.
For average usage we recommend the following test intervals:

Drive motor
Lubrication
Battery
According to the electronic and electrical appliance regulations, owners of disused appliances are
legally required to dispose of such items separately. Please help to protect the environment by
not disposing of disused appliances with household waste.
