c) Common Pool / Private Pool Numbers: You may;
- Call the required Common Pool / Private Pool
Number by pressing the respective Memory Key.
- The LEDs of Common Pool / Private Pool keys
have no function.
d) Features :
To activate a feature, you may press the respective
Memory Key, and then follow the prompts on the
LCD.
The following points should be noted when
activating the features below:
- Reminder Service: Press the respective Memory
Key, and then enter the Reminder Time, in
the following format: hour (00…23) and minute
(00…59).
- Follow Me: Press the respective Memory Key,
and then enter the number of the extension that
you wish to forward your calls to.
- Mute: Press the respective Memory Key, during
an ongoing external call, to activate / de-activate
the Mute feature.
- Three Party Conference: While on an ongoing
conversation, press the respective Memory Key
(your call will be put on hold), then dial the third
party, then press the same Memory Key again.
- When the following features are active, the LED
of the key which the feature is assigned is ON:
Phone Lock, Reminder Service, Do Not Disturb,
Follow Me, Parallel Operators, Auto Attendant
Activation, Night Mode and Pager.
- The LED of the Call Park/Retrieve feature is ON
when there is a parked call.
- The LED of the Listening New Messages feature
is BLINKING when there is a new message.
- The LED of the Last Number Auto-Dial or
Background Music feature is BLINKING when the
feature is active.
