Setting Mode

The Setting Mode, which may be activated as
described on pg 11, includes various menus with
sub-menus, which allows you to activate many
features without the need to know their activation
codes.
The Setting Mode menus together with their
sub-menus are listed below:
1. Call Options:
- Follow Me,
- Pager,
- Auto Dial,
- Paging,
- Missed Calls.
2. Phone Settings:
- Key Settings,
- Do Not Disturb,
- Reminder,
- Background Music,
- Eprom Version,
- Lazy Mode,
- Language.
3. Phone Security:
- Password,
- Phone Lock /Unlock.
4. Message Menu:
- Absent Message,
- Message Listen.
5. System Settings:
(Available to the operator)
- Time Setting,
- Date Setting,
- Night Mode,
- ACD (Auto Attendant),
- Parallel Operators,
- Common Pool Entry.
6. Phone Book:
- Find,
- Add,
- Edit,
- Clear,
- Greeting Message.

Following are the main points to use the Phone
Book menu:
• The Phone Book entries are used only for the
purpose of displaying names on the LCD.
• At most 100 entries can be stored in the Phone
Book.
• The name and the telephone number of the
Phone Book entries can be at most 8 and 7
characters respectively.
• Either an extension number or an external
number can be stored in the Phone Book:
- For the extension numbers, the stored name
appears on the LCD instead of the extension
number.
- For the external numbers, the stored name
appears on the LCD when the telephone is
ringing and in the Missed Calls records.
• The Greeting Message can be at most 20
characters. It appears on the LCD when the
telephone is idle and there is no Status Message.
