Pull panel down and return to vehicle owner.
Locate and remove the m12 bolt from the bracket on the frame rail using
a17mm socket, one each side. Return to vehicle owner.

Trim the lower edge of the front fascia in the center area , 1 ½" each side of
center to ¾" up from the bottom of the fascia, for receiver clearance. See
Figure 3.
Locate the holes at each end of the crossmember. Enlarge the hole using an
11/16" drill. Insert rivet nut into enlarged hole.
